Incorrect items delivered and poor/no after sales service

Ordered various quantities of 8mm fibre rods and spring clips from GD Technologies. Was informed that the rods received from their supplier were short and the remaining portion would be received shortly after and then be couriered as a 2nd shipment once received. Also, a few of the clips received on the 1st shipment were not the correct size as ordered. After numerous follow ups via email and now also their whatsapp line, I'm still not getting any feedback or response from them and its been weeks now. Very disappointing service and would recommend not buying anything from them.
