GD Technologies seems to be a **** on the Internet...

On 29 May, I ordered a scanner from them and paid (they took the payment) and when I tried to track the delivery, there was no trace of the delivery. I called the GD Technologies number and they said they would find out and call me back. This sequence repeated a number of times, until I was told that there is no stock. As the order was quite urgent, I found a similar scanner on another website and it was delivered within a few days. I then sent an email to request that the order should be cancelled and for them to refund me. Nothing happened, until I received an email to say that they have been told that the new stock would arrive soon, so, again, I emailed them them to say that this was not good as I asked them to cancel the email and refund me. I never received a reply. So, this week I called again to complain and they said they could see the history on the system and they would refund me, and I asked that they should inform me of this by email. Again, they did not send the email or refund me. So, I am still waiting for the money back.
