GD Technologies Online Tech Store - not honouring refund

Placed an online order for goods advertised as "in stock". Upon following up one week later I was informed that they dont have stock and they promied to refund me. Alomst two months later still waiting for me refund. I have followed up weekly and either dont receive a response or get a broken promise to pay.
