Extremely bad service and low quality products.

Extremely bad service and low quality products. I bought a battery for a Lenovo laptop from GD Technologies. I've got the batterry and after 2 days the battery only lasted for 45min. I send it back to be replaced. Got a 2nd battery and it was the same story. I send them an email to ask if they can help me with an original Lenovo battery or give me a refund. They agreed on a refund. It's been 3 weeks now since I courier the battery back to them and still no refund. They responded to my 1st email saying that a refund can take up to 7 days. I've send another 2 eamils and they completely ignored me. This is extremely bad service and I won't recomend anybody to support them. I would have given them a minus star if it was possible. If you want to buy laptop parts rather use Laptop Mechanic, the service there is 1 000 000% better.
