Do Not Honour Warranty

Ordered laptop battery from them and when I enquired about the warranty I was told it had already expired - I only received the time of warranty after enquiring the second time - while the battery was less than 6 months old. Then I was told because it was not with them before the 6 months was over they could not honour the warranty. I would've had the battery with them within the time since I had over 2 weeks to get it to them. Asking how it works I was told that it had already expired but it is calculated from date of purchase, but that I was already a month too late. Even made a complaint against them and the person could not understand their reasoning. This showed me to not do business with them ever again and that even if I had the courier deliver the battery to them before the due date, it would've been seen as delivered after the date. I will certainly never do business with them again, regardless.
