Worst system ever

I am highly disappointed on how the Grid control system works, when we first started using it our bill was low now theres a huge increase on their system and we still use electricity and water the very same way when we were while when we started, they even take some of the electricity that u upload with out our consent. The electricity will just switch of and they charge admin fee every time u upload the electricity bill. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY RENTAL BUSINESS TO ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO USE THIS GRID CONTROL.
