Unhappy Client

I moved to East on 82, last year October the place looks beautiful and all, but they don't tell you about the charges that hidden under the GCT app where you buy electricity. I thought ill be paying for prepaid water and lights, but that's not the case. I have a monthly charge of R630 that i did not agree to and wasn't communicated,ontop of that they have these fees labelled as vending fee and etc. I'm spending way too much on water and electricty im hardly home and my geyser is always off,but because of the additional stupid charges its too much.
