This is rediculous, makes no freaking sense to me R1500 in 11 days

I'm still reeling from a shock of having charged R1500 in 11 days from 14 of June 2025 to 23 of June 2025, yet im staying alone, i work four days away from the property, i don't cook, yet to my amazement yesterday i topped up R400 into my untility account to make it R681.60 that was around around 16:00 in the aftertoon and around 01:00 morning of the 24/06/2025 i was told i'm left with R43.24, how is that even possible when i was sleeping, geyser is off, to make it even worse, there's power outage from 01:30 but still account is depleting to minus R26.79, how is that possible hmm, this whole thing left me seething with anger and frustrations, this is a freaking ripoff and no one is explaining ***ol, nothing nada to me, i recorded mainswitch from one in the morning till 10.00 with no power but i'm still charged for what i don't freaking understand, this is absolutely bullkrap
