Poor Service and Inaccurate Electricity Credit

This has been the worst service experience. The electricity usage and charges are unreasonable — I recently purchased electricity for R350 but only received R250 worth. The explanation provided was unclear and unsatisfactory. Additionally, the staff are rude, highly unprofessional, and fail to follow through on promises to return calls.
