Missing electricity and charges as they see fit

These people are the biggest ****** in the business. They charge your account as they please. No customer service or attention to complaints. They take more than 10% of every transaction. Electricity disappear even when no one is at home. Who runs this business? Who gives them the right? I think a ***** investigation is called for.
