Incorrect water and electricity charges

Living at The Parks Lifestyle Apartments has been dreadful. The level of incompetence at Grid Control Technologies is unbearable and very ridiculous. We have been credited for water for ridiculous amounts for 2 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment. This in turn consumes a great portion of our electricity once they fix the mess that they made to begin with. Working with them is a total nightmare as their customer support is just useless. Instead of providing us with answers as to why they keep crediting us crazy amounts and switching off the water next minute it's the electricity. We have had to text them everyday for the past week because of this matter. Their service is bullsh*t. I go to bed with electricity and wake up to -R10 000.00. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
