Horrible service

Terrible service from this company and their auto response here on Hello Peter. I bought electricity an hour ago and electricity has not been restored so i decided to send the POP via email and watsapp, i have been waiting for responses from both channels for morethan an hour. Its not the first experiencing the same situation. They will only respond here on Hello Peter using auto responses
