Grid Technology unprofessional

I’m so annoyed and disappointed at Grid Technologies. What is the point of having an after hours line when you CAN’T contact them after hours. My electricity has been switched off twice even after recharging my electricity and when I call to find out why it’s not back on again I can’t because the after hours line is not working. This is so unprofessional. I’m expected to sit without electricity for a whole day until I can contact them again. It’s completely outrageous. I have had many bad experiences with this company Ever since moving into this complex and the service has not improved since then. Let’s not even talk about the exorbitant electricity prices. SMH!
