Grid Control Technologies Overchargeing

I made a payment to Grid Control Technologies to the Amount of R390.00.

Then on my GCT account I saw that they deducted R109,25.

On questioning GCT they responded that it was a Penalty fee app**** as I made payment into the Wrong account!!!!!

Why are they *****ing Money, a Penalty fee of R109,25 on an amount of R390.00 how pathetic, rediculous!!!
