GRID CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES AT EDEN ESTATE‼️‼️

I recently moved into Eden estate which is beautiful newly built apartment block in Pretoria north however , GRID CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES which is the company they use for utilities is a complete *******. I moved in a few days ago and mind you I'm away for a couple of days but to my surprise when checking my balance on their app - my unit balance does not add up, how can there be such a consumption when the only thing that's on is a top freezer fridge and nothing else. There's no one in the apartment but usage is questionable 🤔. I hope the estate does a change over soon before they lose out on business. This is absolutely ridiculous, I just want to move out already!!!!!
