Honestly it hasn't even been a month and I can already see that this organisation doesn't follow fair practices. You can see that they assume and thumb suck the usage. There's definitely no calculations here. In the space of 15 days I've loaded R550. I reside alone I cook once a week. I'm at work all day. I switch on the geyser every second day for 2 hours max and I don't consume television. Grid control Technologies is definitely cooking their usage figures and having read so many comments of unsatisfactory experience. Its about time something is done. Oh and the transaction fees for everytime you load credits is ridiculous. Stay away from any complex that uses Grid control Technologies.
