Grid control must be closed down

I live in little Manhattan complex in Pretoria west,I loaded 150 yesterday morning only to be woken by an alert this morning saying my balance is below limit.no one at the call centre is able to explain how can my funds be depleted only in one day.This company must be banned it is sucking our pockets dry and no one is held accountable.
