Grid Control - From the absolute pitts of Hell

I am so defeated by these guys, i want to cry. No answer when you try calling them. They decide when they will respond to your whatsapp message, should you use that as an alternate way to reach them. They have a "dont care" attitude. They make you feel as if you going crazy, because they are just so unhelpful and unkind and unprofessional. I am so sad that i have to deal with them. I am so sad that they treat people the way that they do. My electricity gets switched off at least once a month, with no explanation. I then have to call and find out why, with no explanation every single month they then turn it back on within 30 min after my request with absolutely no explanation. Who does that? If you are looking for a place to rent and they are using Grid control, do yourself a favor and rather look for another place to stay. I am weak. I am defeated. I am just not okay having to deal with Grid control. What a shame that they are still allowed to be in business.
