Grid control ******

Grid control are ******. I was away from home for a weekend from 01-03 July when I came back there was no water I was told that I owe R1400 for the water that used over the weekend but I was not home. A week after that I went away again from 15-18 .when I left my place the water pump was off but when I came back and purchased water I was Again informed that I did a top up water of R144 on the 15th but on their water meter report it doesn't even show how was the redeemed water use. I mean how did the water run if the pump was off because normally when the pump is off I have to contact them to switch it on. They really have their own way making money. From there they inform me that maybe I have a water leakage, I stay in house and if there is any leaks I will be the first to notice that.
