GRID CONTROL @ SKY CITY, THE BRONX!! TOTAL NONSESNSE

GRID CONTROL at The Bronx Sky City apartments is useless!!! I bought R330 on Friday evening at 7pm apparently I was on R-263 which I don't understand how. After purchasing I had R67 left in the app, then at 8pm we have loadsheding and I wake up the next day to R-104? I sent them a whatsapp to ask for assistance that was around 9am, I didn't even use anything or even to top up. At 2pm I am sitting on R-268?????? HOW????? Sky City is busy selling apartments but ripping people off on electricity while we struggle with loadsheding it doesn't add up.
