Disgusting service and daylight electricity *******

I bought an apartment at Boardwalk Heights in Olympus Pretoria east. Biggest mistake ever, I bought R100.00 electricity and i immediately went to bed from Grid Control as we are forced to do so. I didnt cook or switch any appliances.

Around 2am i received a SMS that im left with 22 units and the next day around midday, i recieve another SMS that my electricity is depleted.

I contact thier call centre to get answers. I received a horrible attitude, disrespect, abrupt behavior and the disgusting part is that he didnt have answers.

If i start cooking, switching on the geyser and other things how much am going to pay.

They are milking us, MY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM CSI AND GRID CONTROL.
