Central Developments to terminate partnership with GTC

Grid Control Technologies needs to hire people that ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK. I called on Friday and I asked for the payment I made to be allocated to my account, they advised it would be loaded within 24hrs-48hrs. It's TUESDAY I've had to use the emergency top up which will be depleted by tomorrow morning, during a time where there are no power cuts I won't have power thanks to them, an agent will respond once and that's it, you will not hear from them till the next. Central Development needs to get a better service provider because this is worth terminating my lease over.
