Another pathetic service provider

Yet another horrible service provider!!! The Parks estate made the biggest mistake of moving to this company. Firstly, it has been a whole week since they say a technician has been dispatched however no one has arrived in 6 days. Each time you call them they advise to wait an hour. To top it off, they still bill you for consumption when they are not providing a service and a management fee when they are not managing anything!!
