Unpaid Stipends

I was part of an ICT Technical support learnership from 08/2023 - 07/2024. GCRA partnered with the company offering the learnership(Tsa Afrika foundation) and then took over the whole practical part of the program from January 2024 until the end of the learnership in July 2024. Since GCRA took over, we experienced problems with our stipends. In the last month of the learnership (July) we didn't receive our full stipends to date. There's been little to no communication from GCRA regarding our stipends. We were provided with a stipends enquiry email address. We've tried reaching GCRA through that email address but never gotten a response. So disappointed.
