Incompetence

These are are Attorneys, for Conveyance, they were assisting me with the transfer of a house to my name but now my file is missing and I am told all the file that are older than 10 are destroyed. I told them I want my file because they had my original Title Deed of the house in that file that's why I need your intervention on the matter
