Don't waste your time....

Such disappointing lack of service, one would say that perhaps they don't want to make due with their so called service promises.

It's been almost 2 months since submitting my claim and documents. Every time they come back with a different excuse. The latest excuse was they can't make out the medical aid statement. My son who is 7 could read it to me.

I will not recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for gap cover. Save yourself the trouble. They always make excuses.
