No Response or Acknowledgement from Supplier.

On 08/01/2016 I placed an online order for the Garcinia Cambogia Pill. Whilst on the online order page, I did not complete my choice of order and funds were deducted off my account. The web site claims that they will provide a discount on the product should you place an order. this is incorrectly advertised as there was no discount and a large amount of money was deducted off my account prior to my confirmation of the quantity of product that I needed. numerous attempts were made to email their cancellations department and support centre to be assisted and to date I have received no response for a request for a cancellation and refund or assistance for clarity on my order either. I am uncertain if this is a **** and my monies were taken or whether there will be an actual delivery. Their customer service is non-existent and as a result I have lost a substantial sum of money. I have tried to contact the company or person via the Facebook Page and to no avail. Instead I receive an automated email daily requesting that I fill in further details in order to get a discount on my purchase. The website, advertising and marketing is very misleading to the consumer.<br>
