Ordered (and paid) battery cabinet on Jan 4. Sent 3-4 email reminders in January, zero reply. Called them 4 times (the week of Feb 6) - every day the answer was tomorrow. Today I have finally asked to cancel and refund... probably will need to follow up on this also as no cancellation received so far.
