Great customer service and Technical repair manager (Romarno) after numerous calls with no answers I was set trough to Romarno and he helped with respect and great enthusiasm. He answered all my questions regarding their product and also convinced me that their product is the best on the market. He gave me a great introduction on their products as I was asking questions I think was unclear at some stage but he managed to give me all the data I required and even more than I required.
