Refund Nightmare

I went to GC Solar Centurion in the 7th Feb, explained to the front desk that I bought a solar system and need the *****s. The front ladies Mpho and Esther started giving me a list of things I needed to complete the set. I agreed to their advices and bought everything as adviced. When it was time for dispatch, I realised some of the items were long steels that cannot fit inside a private car, I then told them to cancel those, they assured me that a refund will be done the same day since the items never left dispatch and it was on their advice I bought them.

Now I am told I have to wait 14 days to get a refund and pay 15% for admin fee.
