Poor product worse service

We purchased a Growcol all in one system and the fourth inverter stopped working more than 4 weeks ago. We have been sent from pillar to post. We have been advised they will replace the system with another product, but can not get an installation date out of them. Advised their installer has been on another site for 3 weeks and is not available. No feedback is given unless the customer follows up and then you are lucky if they take your call or answer your messages. Poor product and even worse service.
