Never by from them

Bought an inverter from them though a service provider and after having it for months, the transformer blew. Logged the warranty claim and it has now been 3 months with no proper feedback. All they ever say is that they are waiting feedback from China on the parts. Feedback has to be requested and is never given without yelling over the phone. Sad part is, the provider through which it was bought is just shrugging their shoulders as well :(
