Great service from your tech Romarno and receptionist Sunika.

Today I contacted the gc solar head office and asked for some technical help with there inverter systems as I would like to change the settings in my growwat inverter. I spoke to a lady called Sunika she was very friendly and helpful. I was passed from one tech to the other I then got the cell number of a tech called Romarno and gave him a call . I would like to say to gc solar thank you for your great service i know not allot of people write good reviews but after contacting Romarno I have only had great service he even went so far as to video call me and explain me what the different work modes are and helped me to set up my inverter to my needs. TO GC SOLAR DIRECTORS PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEPTIONIST SUNIKA AND KEEP YOUR TECH ROMARNO YOU WILL HAVE MANY HAPPY CLIENTS.
