BROKEN PRODUCTS, BROKEN TRUST & BROKEN AFTERSALES!!!!

On the 2nd of July 2022 I bought a KAPA Energies 1000 Unit from GC Solar in Hennopspark Centurion for R8490,00 after I was referred by 2 other friends(which also started having issues I may say). Last week Sunday it started giving issues and so I returned it on Monday the 14th of November at their Samrand office. I got an email stating they have received the Unit and they will let me know by that Wednesday / Thursday latest. All of a sudden the sent me an email stating it will take 7 - 14 days to let me know. This is unacceptable. I bought this unit because of my wife's medical condition and we rely on this unit during loadshedding. If it is broken and in warranty, replace it!?!?!?!?!?! They just keep on sending me the same email saying, 1st come, 1st served and 7 to 14 working days. Tried to get hold of the Director / Owner but also no luck. Saw on Hellopeter that there is numerous complaints for exactly the same sort of issues. They are not very helpful and I personally think I have waisted my money by buying from them. I will never ever recommend someone to them again and I am in the process of seeking legal advice.
