These People do Electrical!!!

My wife has cancer. With the Wimbelton coming I thought I'll buy her a ups and battery's so se could watch the tennis uninterrupted. We installed it on the 18th May 2015. The first one installed did not work. The second one worked but had a terrible noise. It only worked the first load shedding. The person that installed it said that this model gives problems thats why he brought 2. We tried to contact the sales person and the technical personel on numerous occasions. Their answer were that they are/have reported it and are waiting for a answer of some kind. Not getting amswers from Technical we tried the office. Every time I phones they had the same story. They take your number and say they will phone back but that never happens. We now have 3 options now. According to the Consumers Protection Act I have rights. To get either it Repaired, replaced or get a refund. For not getting any service I think we'll go for the refund.
