Dangerous installation and extremely poor service

I unfortunately had the same experience as numerous other consumers :-( Bought an inverter system from GC International (also trading as GCarbon) in Sept 2015 with empty promises such as a guaranteed 25% reduction in electricity bill. To date the system has never worked properly. Owner accepts no responsibility. He is extremely arrogant and rude. Finally promised us a refund in Nov last year, but ofcourse this never happened and now he is unreachable on his cell phone or at the office. <br> We had to call out an electrician when our electricity once again went off and nobody from GC International could be reached, only to make the alarming discovery that the earth leakage was bypassed! This is extremely dangerous as plugs was still live even though the earth leakage tripped. Furthermore power was also being fed back directly through our main DB board (this is *******). <br> Even the salesman left the company shortly after because (according to him) he could not cope with all the customer complaints and did not want to be associated with the company any longer.<br> Steer clear from these **********! They will gladly take your money and never deliver what was promised.
