Poor Service from GC Fires

I ordered a heater from GC Fires on the 27th of January 2023 and since then, there has been zero communication from their side. I had to contact them about my order, still and they do not reply to emails. This is very poor service from them.

Our records show that you were well informed by one of our sales consultants that your order was received and that our standard turn around time for courier orders is between 2 and 5 business days to be delivered to your address.

My order was made on the 27th of January. Today is the 7th of February, 8 working days later and I still haven't heard anything from your courier. Had I not emailed your sales consultant, I wouldn't have heard from them either.
