Bad service

This people is kwik to take your money but very slow to do there jobs. It's a year ago am still waiting for them to get my plans approved. Daniel is just missing now u send msg you call they just dont reply then I went to there house spoke to a angenette in January explained that my plans was incorrect and the address on the plans and she promised to get sorted and that she will get back to me then last Friday I decided to call her left a msg with Carol but they never got back to me.
