GC Coating coating my world red!

<p>I got really unacceptable service from GC coatings head office shop in Pretoria. I picked up and order of paint and the incorrect order was loaded in my vehicle. GC Coatings apologised for the mistake but blamed me that I should have checked the order. Might be true but fact remains that I asked for a certain colour and their staff loaded the wrong colour. Not all product wrong but enough to cause me damage in loss labour time.</p> <p>Disappointing to say the least.</p> <p>To aggravate matters their staff barely acknowledge one as the customer and whilst you are engaging to get service, they talk among themselves as if you are a "ghost customer". No wonder they get the orders wrong.... About bringing this to management’s attention, they did not even bothered with an explanation or apology.</p> <p> </p>
