No guarantee or refund

GBS Solar owned by Pastor Hastings Salanje supp**** us with an invertor costing R22 000. Purported to be installers but have no wireman's licence. Connected the invertor to the board and blew the entire electrical system in our home up including the invertor. Refuses to replace the unit or refund the money. When we said that we would get a qualified electrician to install the unit, he said that there will be no guarantee on the unit. Cannot provide us with a VAT number either. Total misrepresentation. After many emails and being sworn at we have resorted to laying a charge with the South African Police Services.
