Rude client service, ********* and don't deliver on paid orders

Do not buy from this company/supplier/distributor!

I wanted to order one of their products (i.e. an 2000W Kipor inverter/digital generator) and requested a invoice for this specific item. After I received the invoice, I pointed out to the sales representative/marketing manager (who provided me with the invoice) that the serial number/model number displayed on the website of the product I wanted to order did not match their photo on the website, neither did it match any of Kipor's products listed on the manufacturer's own website, which was a little strange to me and most probably a mistake mad on their website. However, I then received a condescending reply on how they know everything about generators and that I should not question the quality and validity of their products.

Anyway, I decided to order the product despite their attitude and paid the invoice amount after which I sent them the Proof of Payment in order for them to proceed with processing of the order.

After this, I received a reply that the invoice (on which it stated that the invoice was valid for 72 hours) was invalidated since "I have delayed the payment" and that I have to recall the payment with my bank and be re-issued a new invoice which must be paid for again. This did not make sense to me since I made the payment within 72 hours of receiving the invoice (which should have still been valid as stated on the invoice itself). I then rep**** and suggested that they should just reissue me with the new invoice (of which I would have paid any difference in the amount if there would have been any) and allocate my payment to the new invoice. After this I received no reply/feedback from them and ultimately had to apply for the payment to be recalled by my bank (which of course incurred additional bank charges).

Clearly this company does not care at all about their clients and do not feel the need to ensure good customer service. Which is ironic as they provide guarantee and repair services for some of their products (I wonder how efficient this will go when needed) and also pride themselves on "our services is prompt and efficient".

To be honest I do not really trust this company and won't even be surprised if they are *********. Needless to say, I will never ever support them and also never recommend them to anyone.
