Unprofessional Service

About a month ago I emailed the owner of a unit I am renting at Highgrove Sandton with a list of things to be repaired after I send a few emails to the agency GB Properties handling all repairs and no one rep**** to any of my emails regarding the repairs at that stage. Then the owner send an email requesting answers on the repairs. Then I was phoned by a guy from the agency and he screamed at me for emailing the owner directly and said that my contract stated that I were not allowed to do that, but when I checked my contract it was not the case. I would never recommend this agency and the company used for maintenance, Clearvest. I think that they are unprofessional. The maintenance guy has an attitude, honestly has no respect for a client and has never apologise for his bad behaviour. I am honestly contemplating reporting the agency at the EAAB.
