Terrible service from Gboproductssa

I ordered face products from gboproductssa on the 26th of August 2024 and I did not receive any communication from them regarding my parcel, I texted them on whatsapp several times and no one bothered to respond on the 5th of September I called and no one answered, I called the number again and a lady by the name of Nondumiso answered and as I was asking her about my parcel she decided to give the phone to a child she was with at the time and I'm assuming it's a toddler, I called again and she placed my call on hold and then my number went straight to voice mail after that, what a terrible service I received, no communication, nothing whatsoever about my parcel
