Sad customer

I'm so disappointed at Gb products, on the 27th of june2025 I ordered some products from them till today the 21 July I haven't received my order. They've send me the Aramex tracking number, when i track the parcel it says Gb products haven't hand over the parcel to them,the status is not changing its been 3 weeks now still processing, they take time to respond even on their Facebook page I see there are people complaining about their services they don't deliver what we order. I just want them to deliver or refund me. Thank you
