Poor Service GBC Electrical

I have installed a Solar System at my house. An Inverter, batteries as well as 12 solar panels in February 2023. Very expensive. During September the rain season started. I mentioned to the Installer the main power keeps on tripping when it rains. Nothing has been done since then to resolve the problem. I also mentioned to them that when I turn of the DC switch (Solar Panels) on the Inverter the power does not trip. The last reply I ever received from them was on 04 October 2023. We are now on 07 December 2023.

Also I have never received a COC from them
