late delivery and shouting at me

I would like to report a company GBS BRICK SALES in Johannesburg, their contact number is ***588 they are based in jhb. I asked my mother to buy bricks since I was rather busy that day gave her money to buy bricks shewas expecting delivery from them yesterday Monday 1 February they didn't bother to come nor call to let us know. Today I cancelled all my appointments to find out if they will be delivering. A day later they come no apology whatsoever and they are being rude (the driver and the office lady Patricia hung up on me while I was trying to redirect my problem with their driver who wanted to put the bricks outside the yard this is strictly after I asked him not too since they stole our bricks last time. Even after I had to cancel my appointments for the second time for them to deliver I am still mistreated
