Poor quality work done on instalation of new Geazer

GB Projects installed a Geazer by the instruction of Outsorance. The Geazer was installed not according to the manufacturer diagram and resulting in the Geazer burst after 2 years. The manufacturer refuse the warenty because of not installed as per instalers diagram. The company refuse to answer calls or whatsapp mesages. They dont take ownership of their poor quality work. Witch resulted in me losing money.
