Patio roof bad workmanship - Never Repaired

Patio roof damaged by hail. Got quotes, GB Enterprises had done work for me before so I accepted their quote. They did the work but not to my satisfaction as there were leaks and the alignment of the roof sheeting was totally out. I informed Gert and despite numerous promises he has not come back to repair his mess up. He blamed an employee for being \Off his game"I have sent very many emails"
