No supervision

I took my 2 year old child to Gazoome on Saturday 9 Sept 17 and stood by the entrance gate for nearly 10 min. There were nobody of the staff at the front of the shop. I saw bigger boys playing in the 0-2 yr play area and so rough. I had to witness how a small child fell off the jungle gym on his head. I did not see ONE staff member. I eventually decided to turn around and to take my child somewhere else. I will NEVER leave my child in their care thank you?
