Never again

We took our 1 and 2 year old to gazoom to play. While waiting for our order (which they got wrong) our children played in the 0-2 year old area. Big boys running,pushing and showing the little ones around! Asked the staff to please address this matter as they don't belong in the baby area and we paid already the staff just told them to play nice. The boys were 5 years old. We ended up taking our children out of the play area. While sitting and eating quickly a boy fell from the top of the jungle gym on his head!! Absolutely no supervision at all where it's clearly displayed on the window: leave your kids in the gazoom squads hands while you shop!!!! I ended up running to the boy helping him as he was laying on the floor crying!!! I called the staff which was all at the back and asked regarding supervision over the children and explained what happens. The day answered saying they busy preparing for a party! How pathetic!!!! If making money is more important to you than our children's safety... I won't recommend you to anyone!!!!
